"SO FAR BEST SITE TO SEND CAKES "
Compared to other websites in sri Lanka, kapruka seems to be reliable option to send cakes and gifts. What's even more amazing is that you can not only send gifts, u can order groceries and electronics too. I don't think no other websites offer both

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ DOES THE JOB, NO DRAMA"
Ordered a cake and some chocolates for my sister's birthday. Delivered on time, looked decent, she was happy. That's really all I needed. Website is easy, payment was smooth, got updates along the way. Didn't have to chase anyone or worry about it which is honestly rare here.

"⭐⭐⭐ GOOD SERVICE BUT BURNED ME ONCE"
Used Kapruka maybe 4 or 5 times over the past two years, delivery was on time and the quality was acceptable. Would I use them again? Probably yes because there aren't many better options out there right now. But I go in with lower expectations these days and I always screenshot the product photo before ordering just in case.

"SAVED MY RELATIONSHIP LOL"
Forgot my girlfriend's birthday untile like the night before, i got panicked and went into kapruka oat midnight, ordered a gift. It showed up the next morning before noon, looked beautiful , she loved it. The cake was fresh, flowered were not wilted or thrown together, they even gave a little cute card along with the order. Customer service also replied to my message at like 1 am, which i was not expecting at all

"GO-TO GIFT & SHOPPING PLATFORM"
Honestly speaking kapruka is a reliable option to send gifts. I have been using it for few times now. Delivery was on time, the cake was actually looked like what I ordered. Only thing i say is prices are bit high compared to other options but its actually worth for paying little extra for convenience and reliability

"FLOWER BOUQUETS "
They deserve ZERO STARS. Ordered 2 flower bouquets for my mum for Mother's day. One was $66.42 & the other $52.04. Not at all cheap. But wouId have been worth it IF they had delivered the bouquets that looked like the picture I saw when I placed my orders. The bouquets delivered to my Mum were awful, ugly, crapy old roses. Disgraceful. NEVER ordering flowers from Kapruka again. Please save your money & order from some other place.

"LATE DELIVERY AND DAMAGED PRODUCT"
Order Number; VLKREBAF575A I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. My order, which was promised by 3:00 PM, arrived at 5:40 PM, making the delivery useless. Additionally, the product delivered did not match the image shown on the website and arrived damaged. This experience has severely undermined my trust, and I will no longer be using or recommending this service. I urge the company to prioritize customer satisfaction and improve its service standards. guys, don't waste your money on this terrible service.

"WORST SERVICE BY KAPRUKA"
Order number : VBRN3AF33829 - This has been by far the worst experience relating to customer service. I paid approximately Rs. 10,000 for a birthday cake to be delivered however on the day of delivery they've failed to deliver it within a reasonable time. I last checked for an update at 5pm on the date of delivery and they kept saying that the cake is out for delivery. They later stopped replying to my messages and calls when I checked to ask for an update. Honestly I'm very frustrated about having to check with them multiple times after paying such a hefty price and still they failed to deliver it by atleast 5pm!! How is this reasonable? It is the end of the day and the cake still hasn't been delivered! It is safe to say that I will never
